Growth Systems Scan is designed to work without a phone number, sales call, or advertising profile. This page explains the limited information used to operate and improve it.
Information we collect
The free scan runs in your browser. We record first-party product events such as a page visit, scan start, scan completion, checkout click, and verified purchase. These events use a temporary session identifier and may include the page, referring page, and campaign labels in the URL. We do not use this system to follow you across unrelated websites.
If you voluntarily join the email course, we store your email address, consent time, scan score, and weakest system. If you purchase the Repair Kit, Stripe processes the payment and sends us the checkout details required to verify payment and unlock access.
How information is used
- Operate the scan, secure checkout, and paid-product delivery.
- Measure which pages and campaigns lead to useful scans and purchases.
- Send the course or related guidance only after explicit email permission.
- Prevent duplicate fulfillment and investigate service problems.
- Respond to access, correction, deletion, or unsubscribe requests.
Analytics choice
Google Analytics is disabled until a visitor selects “Allow analytics.” If allowed, Google Analytics measures page views and product events to help evaluate content and campaigns. Advertising storage and personalization remain denied. Visitors who decline continue to use the complete scan and checkout normally, while the site’s limited first-party operational events still support security and funnel measurement.
Service providers
The site and first-party database are hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure through OpenAI Sites. Stripe processes checkout and payment information. Google Analytics processes consented measurement events. A dedicated marketing email provider may process opted-in email addresses and deliver automated lessons. Each provider processes information under its own security and privacy terms.
Sharing and selling
We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only with service providers needed to host the product, process payment, deliver requested email, measure the funnel, or comply with applicable law.
Retention and choices
First-party funnel events are intended to be retained for up to 13 months. Email records are kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion, subject to suppression records needed to honor the unsubscribe. Payment and entitlement records may be retained as required for fulfillment, fraud prevention, accounting, or legal obligations.
Every marketing email must include an unsubscribe mechanism. You can also submit a request below. Do not include payment card details or sensitive personal information.
